What's the goal in life for a family in China?

中國家庭的生活目標(biāo)是什么啊?

Steve：

I think it should be to bring up a child.

我想應(yīng)該是撫養(yǎng)孩子吧。

Laura：

Anything else?

其他的呢?

Steve：

It's different for every family, but the most important things are their children's education, their house, and health insurance.

每個家庭不一樣吧，但大體上都差不多：孩子的教育、房子、醫(yī)療保險什么的。

Laura：

What about a car? Doesn't every family want one?

汽車呢?不是每個家庭所要追求的嗎?

Steve：

Not for now at least.

現(xiàn)在還達(dá)不到那個程度呢。
